Cloud Files, a top Document Management app for Salesforce, is looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Admin/Developer to join our vibrant team in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll play a key part in utilizing the Salesforce platform to understand customer needs and integrate Cloud Files functionality into their Salesforce environments

Required Qualification:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on building Salesforce flows.
- Expertise in Salesforce Flow Builder is essential.
- A solid background in translating customer requirements into effective Salesforce solutions is highly preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client needs and convert them into efficient Salesforce solutions incorporating the Cloud Files app.
- Design and execute Salesforce flows using Salesforce Flow Builder, integrating Cloud Files flow actions.
- Offer technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients throughout and after the implementation process.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and Cloud Files updates to continually enhance and optimize client systems
