In this role, you’ll play a key part in utilizing the Salesforce platform to understand customer needs and integrate Cloud Files functionality into their Salesforce environments

Required Qualification:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on building Salesforce flows.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Flow Builder is essential.
  • A solid background in translating customer requirements into effective Salesforce solutions is highly preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • We have a proven track record of successful Salesforce project implementations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client needs and convert them into efficient Salesforce solutions incorporating the Cloud Files app.
  • Design and execute Salesforce flows using Salesforce Flow Builder, integrating Cloud Files flow actions.
  • Offer technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients throughout and after the implementation process.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and Cloud Files updates to continually enhance and optimize client systems
