- Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js
 - Experience with React.js and MongoDB (mandatory)
 - Familiarity with MeteorJS (good to have)
 - Knowledge of Git and Git workflows
 - Hybrid app development experience (React Native for Android/iOS)
 - Familiarity with integrating web services using REST, JSON, and XML
 - AWS and CI/CD tools (Jenkins) knowledge is a plus
