This includes collecting, reviewing, storing, and ensuring compliance with project documents while maintaining an organized database. Qualifications:
- Education:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent assertive communication skills for dealing with global stakeholders; strong written and verbal proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
- Ability to comprehend technical details and demonstrate technical literacy.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of project documentation from the awarded stage to final submission.
- Actively participate in project kickoff meetings to understand customer documentation requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including factories, project managers, engineering teams, and customers, to ensure timely submission and approval of documents in alignment with EDDI.
- Maintain a detailed status of documents using the Vendor Document Register List (VDRL).
- Ensure timely submission, receipt, and proper storage of documents in Emerson’s document repository/Doc Pro software.
- Review technical files issued by the plant before submission to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Create cover pages for documents and oversee the transmission of documents between Emerson and its customers.
- Address customer comments on documents and prepare comment resolution sheets, collaborating with relevant teams as needed.
- Continuously follow up with customers and internal resources to expedite document submissions and approvals.
- Upload documents to customers’ Document Management portals or send via email as required.
- Deliver project document status reports to customers and project managers.
- Prepare and submit Manufacturing Record Books (MRB) or final data books by the approved MRB Index, working with customers until final approvals are obtained.
