Required Qualification:
- High school diploma with 1+ years of recent hands-on experience as a technical, customer-facing support engineer.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with virtualization technologies like VMware, OpenStack, AWS, etc.
- Excellent investigative, verbal, and written communication skills for documenting and resolving client issues.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong desire for both technical and professional growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.
- Proficient in time management, decision-making, adaptability, and accountability.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure services such as BaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS.
- Must be legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Cloud Support, ensuring customers feel supported and valued.
- Provide support services (via chat, phone, and email) to meet 11:11 Systems’ Service Level commitments.
- Manage incoming tickets in the system queue to ensure rapid response to new requests.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
- Offer accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries, escalating issues to L2/L3 support when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take full ownership of incident tickets within your area of responsibility.
- Adhere to 11:11 Systems’ best practices for service management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professional relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, adhering to 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
- Safeguard company data and information per data handling agreements, work procedures, and policies.
- Follow company policies, guidelines, and data privacy practices, including completing annual compliance training and policy acknowledgments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
