Required Qualifications:
- Programming and Problem Solving: A passion for programming and problem-solving, with the ability to innovate and think critically.
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Strong understanding of OOP concepts and their application in writing test automation and frameworks.
- Operating Systems: Solid understanding of operating systems and their core functionalities.
- Virtualization Knowledge: Familiarity with key virtualization concepts, including computing, storage, and network virtualization.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Execution: Design creative and effective test plans to validate workflows in distributed software systems, ensuring thorough bug identification and issue resolution.
- Automated Testing: Develop and maintain an automated test suite and tools for continuous validation of the AHV Control Plane.
- Bug Identification and Fixing: Work closely with developers to identify, detail, and resolve bugs or failures in the system, ensuring smooth execution and functionality.
- Collaboration: Participate actively in collaborative brainstorming sessions and problem-solving activities within a diverse team across different time zones and regions.
