Required Qualifications:
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrated experience in a Data Scientist position or a comparable role.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, or Seaborn.
- Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degrees:
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Big Data and Cloud Knowledge:
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their data services.
- Deep Learning & MLOps:
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for managing machine learning lifecycles.
- Consulting Experience:
- Previous experience in a consulting environment or working with multiple clients across various industries.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
